*For the restaurants that I could not find allergen pages on, I provided a link to either a menu or ingredient's list.  Some also provide separate gluten-free menus, which are listed separately.  If allergen information for a restaurant is unavailable,   or if you need additional nutritional information, please visit the specific website for that restaurant, or go to www.nutritionix.com.  Nutritionix is a global nutrition database.  There you can type in a restaurant, find the nutrition menu, and get ingredient and allergy information by clicking on individual food items.
